The Victoria Park Hub

Programs & Services

Our Victoria Park HUB is located in the city’s East End and offers a variety of programs and services.

Community Engagement

This program offers a wide range of ways to train and take part in training opportunities.
If you want to give back to your community or connect with other people as you learn about how to get the most out of life in Canada, come in to talk to our Community engagement worker or check out the calendar of activities on the website.

Action for Neighbourhood Change

The heart of a neighbourhood is its community. Action for Neighbourhood Change (ANC) is a community development strategy across the City of Toronto. We work with local residents to identify shared priorities, plan collective action and for positive change.

Working Women Community Centre’s HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) program is a home based unique and integrated educational program which recognizes the parents to be their children’s first and best teachers. This program is for parents with children ages 3 to 5 years. HIPPY gives parents the opportunity to play, learn, bond and grow with their children.
